Q: Is the band included?

A: No, only the decoration accessory, which is a metal bead attached by a sturdy elastic cord.

 

Q: What fitness tracker bands does Fitband Bling fit?

A: Our current inventory fits Fitbit® Flex™, Flex 2™, Alta™, Charge™ and Charge HR™, Charge 2™; Jawbone® UP™ series (UP™, UP24™, UP2™, UP3™, UP4™) and Move™ (in the band accessory); and Garmin® vivosmart™ and vivosmart HR™. Each product description will indicate which bands the bling will fit.  Just choose your band from the list when adding the bling to your shopping cart. 

 

Q:  What if my band brand/model isn't listed?

A:  It is likely that Fitband Bling will fit other bands brands not listed and we welcome email inquiries.  We'll help you determine the equivalent band to select.

 

Q: How do I put Fitband Bling on my band?

A: General instructions: slip the smallest open end of your band through the loops and slide bling into place. Instructions may vary by Fitband Bling design and band type.

For specific instructions, see Getting It On (your band type) from the main menu. Because several Fitband Bling designs fit multiple band sizes, please check the One Size option as well.

 

Q: What if my cord breaks?

A: Should your cord break within 6 months of original purchase, Kingslark will replace or repair (at it's discretion) upon return of your Fitband Bling, no problem. Just contact Customer Service.

 

 Q: What is your return policy?

A: Generally, return your undamaged item within 30 days to receive a full refund less shipping. Items purchased from Nov 22 - December 31 may be returned by January 31 for a full refund less shipping. We require proof of purchase if the item was a gift and the refund would be given to the giver.
